I'm a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience designing and building backend systems for distributed, high-demand environments primarily in the financial sector.

My current focus is on scalability, reliability, and performance for systems that require high availability under strict regulatory constraints. I work across Python, C#, and Go, using both relational and NoSQL databases, and I'm deeply involved in system design and architectural decisions.

Recently I've been exploring AI-adjacent engineering: LLM-based applications, RAG architectures, agent-based systems, embeddings, and observability for AI in production.

Senior Software Engineer Jan 2023 — Present

Responsible for the architecture and system design of a risk calculation platform in a highly regulated financial environment. The platform processes risk calculations for around 5,000 investment funds every day, collecting market data and performing complex calculations under strict regulatory rules.

  • Led the redesign from a centralized architecture to a distributed microservices model based on choreography, reducing total processing time from ~2 hours to 15 minutes
  • Built cloud-based solutions on AWS focused on performance, stability, and long-term maintainability
